Background

Saffron Extract
The Integrated Health Group is conducting a research study to assess how Affron® (an extract of the culinary spice saffron) may treat various conditions.  Saffron has recently shown to have therapeutic applications to mood, anxiety, depression, insomnia and can also increase memory function.

Participants will be asked to take Affron® regularly during the study and record any mood enhancing effects.

Who Can Participate?

  • Males & Females Age 18+
  • Not currently on medication for depression
  • Are able and willing to participate over a 1 month period
