Researcher Interview
Background
We all have a natural body clock. It is set by night and day cycles, temperature, our diets and physical activity.
Currently it is not known how a changing diet impacts the body clock. This study will determine how normal body clock rhythms are disrupted in response to different diets (i.e. high fat vs. high carbohydrate diets).
This study seeks overweight men aged 30 – 45 years old, who are able to attend 10 study visits over 6 weeks at the research site. Participants will be provided 10 days worth of food, transport will be provided for 8 of the visits and you will be compensated for participating in this study.

Who Can Participate?
- Overweight men aged 30 – 45 years old who do not regularly exercise
- Able to attend 10 study visits at the research site on Tuesdays or Thursdays over approximately a 6 week period
