Trialfacts is hiring someone for a fairly minimal/work from home (or anywhere) type position. It would suit someone who has flexibility in their schedule. Do you know someone that might suit this position? Please let them know.
The position is to provide a basic level of technical support during Australian business hours (currently 7am-4pm) for a clinical research technology company. All training will be provided.
We average about three support requests per business day, that come in via phone or email. Each support request takes between 5 and 20 minutes to deal with. We provide support primarily to study coordinators. We don’t provide support to patients. The support we provide consists of things like resetting passwords, and collecting information on technical problems and escalating to the development team etc.
There is only a small volume of work (usually less than an hour per day), but the main requirement is that you are available between 7am and 4pm AEST, Monday to Friday and able to deal with the requests when they come through. We aim to answer as many support requests as possible as they come in, and return all calls within 30 minutes if they are missed. For this reason this position might suit someone with flexibility in their schedule.
There is also the (completely optional) opportunity for additional work and non-support responsibilities (and additional pay) if interested.
The requirements for the position are:
- You have a basic level understanding of clinical research
- You are available from 7am-4pm Monday to Friday, and if not immediately available are able to return a call within 30 minutes
- You are comfortable with technology
- You have reliable internet
Compensation is negotiable and will be in the form of a flat monthly rate.
If you or someone you know might be interested please contact Nick Karrasch at [email protected].
