About the Study

Approximately 1 in 5 people worldwide are affected by atopic dermatitis (AD), a chronic skin condition that can cause persistent itching and discomfort. Current treatments may help manage symptoms, but many people continue to experience flare-ups and irritation.

Recent research suggests that the skin’s microbiome, the community of bacteria living on our skin, plays an important role in the severity of atopic dermatitis. This study is investigating whether targeting the skin microbiome can help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life for people diagnosed with atopic dermatitis.

If you are 12 years or older and have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis, you may be eligible to participate. Sign up today!
