About the Study

Chronic sleep difficulties like insomnia are common among adults who use opioids, and unfortunately, there are limited treatment options that don’t involve more medication.

This research study is testing a non-medication treatment – Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) – to understand how it may help people who use opioids improve their sleep, mood, and overall well-being.

Participants will work one-on-one with a trained sleep coach for five weeks (via Zoom). Please note that there will be a camera-on requirement during participation. You’ll also complete brief online surveys and daily sleep diaries. The full study lasts about 7 weeks, and participants will be compensated for their time. Sign up to learn more!
