About the Study
Millions of shift workers across the U.S. face significant health challenges due to disrupted circadian rhythms. Unfortunately, current approaches often fall short of addressing these long-term health risks.
This innovative study at Henry Ford Health is exploring a groundbreaking solution: personalized light therapy schedules and strategies designed to help align circadian rhythms with existing work schedules. The study aims to improve worker health, well-being, and on-the-job performance by supporting their natural rhythms. If you’re a shift worker interested in improving your health and being part of this cutting-edge research, join researchers in redefining workplace wellness. Sign up today!
