Background
Brisbane Northside Emergency is participating in a worldwide study. The purpose of this study is to test a potential new treatment for the flu.
Participants who experience flu like symptoms such as fever, cough, tiredness, stuffy nose, sore throat or headache will receive medical care and study procedures are free of charge. Eligible participants will receive $310 at the completion of the study.

Your Rights
- If you decide to participate in the study and later feel that you no longer wish to be part of it, you may withdraw at any time.

- Upon completion, the results of the study will be shared with you.
Who Can Participate?
- Males and Females ages 13 to 65.
- Experiencing flu like symptoms.
- Are able to attend the research centre on multiple occasions.
