About the Study
Many women feel pressure to exercise for weight loss, but physical activity has many other important benefits for overall health and well-being. Researchers are exploring a new approach called body neutrality, which shifts the focus away from weight and toward self-care, confidence, and enjoyable movement.
This study aims to develop an innovative physical activity promotion app called NoWeigh. Eligible participants will take part in a one-time focus group on Zoom lasting up to 1.5 hours to share their perspectives on body neutrality, physical activity advice, and what features they’d like to see in the app.
