About the Study
Are you finding it challenging to manage your high blood pressure, cholesterol, prediabetes, or weight? Managing these cardiometabolic risk factors can be tough, even with lifestyle changes.
Researchers at the University of Melbourne are exploring how digital health tools—like apps, sensors, AI, and chatbots—can make it easier for individuals to manage these risks. By sharing your input, you’ll help shape a personalised app designed to meet the specific needs of people with similar health concerns.
Your participation could lead to the development of a tool that may improve the health and well-being of individuals with metabolic syndrome. Ready to make a difference? Sign up today!
