Background

Our psychological health affects how we think, feel, and act. It also influences how we manage stress, relate to others, and make choices. Researchers are aware of the importance of mental well-being and are continuously focusing on ways to develop and improve interventions designed to promote mental health.

This research study seeks to test the effectiveness of an online computerized intervention intended to potentially improve psychological functioning among Veterans. Researchers aim to understand if this online mental health intervention program can enhance the mind’s connection to the body and improve the quality of life.

This virtual study seeks adults 18 to 65 years old who are Veterans (i.e. those that have previously served in the US military). Participants must comply with the study requirements over a 5 month period. Compensation for eligible participants is available.
