About the Study

Is knee pain making daily life harder than it should be? For many adults in the Black community, chronic knee pain and low mood often go hand in hand. This study looks at whether a remote program combining exercise and mental health support can truly help.

By focusing on culturally sensitive care, researchers hope to make support more accessible and effective. The results could guide future programs that improve both pain and emotional well-being.
