Background
Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) causes a slight but noticeable decline in mental abilities, such as memory loss and impaired thinking. People with MCI have a much higher risk of going on to develop Alzheimer’s Disease, for which there is currently no cure.
The study is testing an investigational drug for the treatment of early stage Alzheimer’s disease.
Men and women aged 50 – 85 years old who have noticed a slight decline in their memory and/or other mental abilities are invited to participate. Participants are required to attend 15 study visits over 2 years and will receive a minimum of $300 for the first 5 visits along with additional compensation upon completion of the study of up to $1,375.

Your Rights
- If you decide to participate in the study and later feel that you no longer wish to be part of it, you may withdraw at any time.
- Your records relating to this study and any other information received will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by the law.
- Qualified health professionals will monitor your health as it relates to the study.
Who Can Participate?
- Men and women aged 50 – 85 years old

- Have a friend/family member who is willing to be your study partner
- Able to attend 15 study visits at the research site over 2 years
