About the Study

Type 2 diabetes affects millions of people worldwide, and its impact on vascular health can lead to serious complications. Researchers are exploring how exercise, insulin, and tiny cellular particles called extracellular vesicles (EVs) influence vascular health.

This study seeks to better understand these interactions in healthy adults and those with obesity. To qualify, participants should not currently exercise regularly or should have exercised less than 90 minutes per week over the past 6 months.
