Is there a more natural way to improve hair loss without harsh side effects? Many men hope so. Hair loss can affect confidence, and while some treatments help, side effects or limited results leave others looking for safer options. Researchers are now studying Mohebi Life for Men, a supplement made with botanical ingredients linked to hair restoration.

In this study, men will take the supplement daily for up to one year. Their hair and scalp will be evaluated at several points to see how well it works on its own, or alongside finasteride. The goal is to learn whether a supplement like this can support hair growth with fewer concerns.

• Participants will receive a new potential natural supplement for male pattern hair loss at no cost.
• Participants will be compensated up to $200 for completing the study. Compensation will only be provided to eligible participants who complete the study.
• Participants may experience improvements in hair growth, scalp coverage, or overall hair appearance.
• Participants will be contributing valuable information that may help improve future hair-loss treatments for other men.
• Participants will be helping researchers explore a gentler, more natural approach to hair restoration.

• You will receive a detailed outline of all details of the study, including treatment, risks, and procedures, and you will be given the chance to ask study staff questions before you decide whether to participate.
• If you decide to participate in the study and later feel that you no longer wish to be part of it, you can withdraw at any time
• Your records relating to this study and any other information received will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.

Who Can Participate:

• Healthy men between 18 and 65 years old
• Showing signs of balding on the top of the head
• Have not used any hair-loss treatments in the past 4 months (including medication or topical products). Participants who have had a hair transplant at any time in the past do not qualify.
• Must be willing to participate in the study protocol for over one year
• Must be able to attend study visits at the Woodland Hills office at 5425 Farralone Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367

Who Cannot Participate:

• Men with allergies or adverse reactions to finasteride or ingredients in Mohebi Life.
• Men currently using or recently treated with any hair-loss therapies (oral, topical, or surgical)

The study team will explain the research in its entirety, but some details include:

• Participants will be asked to attend an initial meeting with research staff to review study procedures, download the mEMA app, learn how to complete daily mini-surveys, and complete the first extended online survey.
• Participants will be asked to complete daily mini-surveys for five weeks, with some participants also receiving intervention tips depending on group assignment.
• Participants will be asked to complete three follow-up extended online surveys at one week, one month, and three months after the daily mini survey period ends.
