Background

Rheumatoid Arthritis affects approximately 1.3 million Americans. It’s a painful condition that can be hard to treat using medicine alone.

Previous research has suggested that certain diets can help relieve pain and the need for certain medications.  This study will assess whether a change in diet can help people with rheumatoid arthritis in reducing pain and improving their mood.

This study seeks men and women who currently suffer from rheumatoid arthritis and have continuing or recurring pain. Participants are required to attend 21 study visits at the research site over a 9 month period and may experience a relief in their arthritis pain.

Who Can Participate?

  • Men and women aged 18+ who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.
  • Able to attend 21 study visits at the research site over approximately 9 months
