Background

Blood pressure is an important measurement in health. For decades, blood pressure  has been measured using a cuff on the arm. However, this can be uncomfortable, and the method can be inaccurate for many people.

Researchers at Monash University have developed a new way to measure blood pressure by placing pads on the chest. This short study is investigating whether this new method can accurately measure high blood pressure.

This study seeks men and women aged 18+. Participants are required to attend 1 study visit at the research site and will receive a gift voucher to cover their travel expenses.
