About the Study

Mangoes are more than just a delicious fruit – they’re full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that may work wonders for your skin. You might be surprised by the skin benefits this yellow fruit has. Including mangoes in your diet may help hydrate your skin, promote collagen production, and give you an extra boost of brightness.

Results from a UC Davis research study done in 2018 showed that mangoes may play a role in wrinkle improvement. This research study seeks to confirm this further. This research study is also interested in mangoes skin’s hydration, elasticity, and sebum. If this study is successful, millions may benefit from a natural approach that may promote skin health.
